Dr. Roxanna Olortegui is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologist (California License PSY 27407) providing services at Family Times Center. She received her doctorate degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University; her dissertation researched neuropsychological correlates of aggression. Dr. Olortegui has experience conducting individual and group psychotherapy as well as psychological assessment. During her post-doctoral fellowship she provided individual psychotherapy and facilitates psychoeducational groups at a psychiatric inpatient hospital serving individuals with severe psychiatric illnesses. As part of her clinical training, she also provided psychological services for individuals and families at Kaiser Permanente and for Kern County Mental Health on an outpatient basis. She has also assisted in neuropsychological evaluations, vocational assessments, and worker’s compensation cases. She is dedicated to creating positive change and helping individuals maximize their potential through a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment. Dr. Olortegui also has experience conducting court-ordered evaluations and providing court-ordered treatment. She has served as an expert witness in a California Superior Court. She is fluent in Spanish, well traveled, and family oriented.
Dr. Rhyan Foster

Dr. Rhyan Foster was born and raised in Northern California and relocated to Los Angeles in 2006, where she received her Bachelors in Psychology with Minor in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Masters and Doctorate of Psychology in Forensic Psychology, at Alliant International University. Dr. Foster has been working in the field of psychology for over 8 years, with training primarily in behavior therapy, where she delivered both in-school and in-home based services to children with developmental and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has acquired extensive training working with the severely mentally ill. In the course of her post-doctorate training she has trained in BrainPaint Neurological Feedback, as well as other specialty interventions. Dr. Foster is excited to have joined the Family Time Center team as one of the therapists, and looks forward to serving you and your family under the supervision of Murray Weiss, Psy.D. (PSY21593)
